SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading training programs and supervising high performance teams, including curriculum management, course delivery, instructor development, and resource allocation for geographically dispersed units; 2) Collaborating with Fleet/Joint Force stakeholders, acquisition program offices, and the broader Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) enterprise to align operational requirements with program capabilities and educational initiatives; 3) Applying analytical and evaluative methods to assess the effectiveness of complex training programs and improve operational efficiency and outcomes; 4) Managing Information Warfare (IW) training or IW operational programs within a multi-level security (MLS) environment, including classified networks such as SIPRNet and JWICS; 5) Coordinating the synchronization of technical training equipment, facilities, and personnel to meet training or operational schedules and requirements; 6) Analyzing organizational needs or operational trends to provide programmatic input for strategic planning and resource allocation.
