SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising on all program policy matter by supporting policy reviews for subordinate commands; 2) Overseeing the direction, management, productivity, and cost effectiveness of program operations; 3) Representing the program in various business management governance forums, such as position management boards, financial execution reviews, future year defense planning, awards boards, contract review boards, and others, as required; and 4) Providing leadership and mentoring to subordinate civilian supervisory employees, senior military employees, and contractor employees.
