SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03/GS-9-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: Utilizing Financial Management experience of a program or organization to manage overall costs and budgets, performing budget forecasting, and executing financial workload plans to achieve mission outcomes within defined financial constraints.
Allocating personnel, funding, and equipment, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to meet complex operational goals through a proven background in Resource Management; Establishing and maintaining internal controls, enforcing regulatory compliance, and managing physical assets to demonstrate strong accountability; Planning and Evaluating long-term task priorities, defining operational milestones, and assessing work outcomes to ensure success; and Analyzing complex operational challenges, resolving systemic bottlenecks in business systems, and developing effective, compliant solutions that support broader organizational objectives.
