SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower level within the payband or GS grade in the normal line of progression in the Federal service that demonstrates the required managerial skills and technical competence required to perform the job.

To be qualified for this position your experience must include: Using automated systems, management information systems, reporting tools, spreadsheets, databases, or other software applications to monitor operations, analyze data, track performance, and support management decisions; Managing, directing, or coordinating administrative, program management, procurement, mail management, distribution, logistics, transportation, records management, or data processing activities to support organizational objectives; Planning, organizing, assigning, directing, and evaluating the work of employees; establishing priorities; balancing workload and resources; monitoring performance; and ensuring accomplishment of organizational goals; Applying process improvement methodologies, systems management principles, or quality management techniques to improve organizational performance, streamline business processes, and support strategic initiatives; Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with employees, customers, executives, and external stakeholders; presenting technical information; preparing reports and briefing materials; providing constructive feedback; resolving issues; and representing management in meetings, negotiations, or collaborative workgroups; Leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders while prioritizing competing assignments, adapting to changing business requirements, and ensuring timely completion of objectives.

AND You must also meet the following requirement(s): TIME AFTER COMPETITIVE APPOINTMENT (TACA): By the closing date (or if this is an open continuous announcement, by the cut-off date) specified in this job announcement, current civilian employees must have completed at least 90 days of federal civilian service since their latest non-temporary appointment from a competitive referral certificate, known as time after competitive appointment.
