SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Experience providing logistics authoritative guidance and administrative supervision over a core team of civilian employees, contractors, and military personnel of diverse disciplines such as Engineering Technicians, General Supply Specialists, and Logistics Management Specialists.
- Experience developing and adapting programs, policies and procedures for technical guidance of project and shop support. - Experience resolving work problems presented by subordinates and recommend or implement ways to improve production/quality of work in the division. - Experience Identifying developmental and training needs of employees and provides or arranges for needed training. - Experience ensuring that the work of the Material Sourcing Division employees complies with legal and regulatory requirements, while fulfilling customer requirements.
