SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Understanding of federal procurement regulations, with specific experience in applying Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP); 2) Executing and reconciling procurements using a Government Purchase Card (GPC) and other methods like purchase orders and blanket purchase agreements; 3) Analyzing vendor quotes, determining responsiveness, and administering procurement actions from solicitation to closeout; and 4) Coordinating with internal customers and vendors to resolve procurement issues, such as billing errors, delivery delays, and non-compliance.
