SUPERVISORY WORKLOAD FORECASTING SPECIALIST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing, motivating, and mentoring multi-disciplined teams comprising military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Experience advising and providing counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, organizational projects, and management directives.

Experience presenting complex technical, program, and budgetary information clearly and concisely to senior leadership, non-technical customers, and external stakeholders. Experience diagnosing complex problems, developing innovative solutions, and implementing effective corrective actions. Experience planning, organizing, and directing the functions and staff required for successful, on-time delivery of products. Experience working highly effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Experience supervising, mentoring, appraising, and guiding both subordinate supervisors and non-supervisory employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Experience advising and providing counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, organizational projects, and management directives. Experience synthesizing and explaining complex technical program issues to diverse audiences, often on short notice.

Experience diagnosing complex problems, developing innovative solutions, and implementing effective corrective actions. Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
