Supply Chain Functional Consultant (Order-to-Cash)

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a senior consulting engagement embedded within a large-scale digital transformation program for a supply chain client in the manufacturing sector. You'll serve as an SME bridging business stakeholders and technology teams, driving clarity on Order-to-Cash processes from requirements through implementation. The work is high-visibility, with direct collaboration with Global Process Owners and executive leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and Process Owners to elicit and validate requirements. - Document current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains. - Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments. - Perform target and data mapping in support of enterprise ERP implementation activities.
- Write and analyze SQL queries to support data analysis and transformation efforts. - Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership, facilitating consensus across business and technology teams. - Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to senior stakeholders. - Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities throughout the transformation program. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs.
- SME-level, hands-on expertise with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in manufacturing environments — a firm dealbreaker requirement. - Proven end-to-end enterprise ERP implementation experience (SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms are all welcome). - Strong background in order management and order entry processes. - Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL queries and data/target mapping for ERP implementations. - Demonstrated ability to document requirements for large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives. - Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to influence without authority across global, cross-functional teams. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Rate: $70/hr on W-2. Contract duration of 1 year with extension possible.
