Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Serving as the functional expert for managing a program provisioning and cataloguing, collaborating with various stakeholders 2. Developing the overarching strategic provisioning and cataloguing plan, develop new policies, and resolve complex provisioning issues 3.

Serving as the functional expert for maintenance planning, configuration management, technical sourcing, and engineering change proposal analysis and impact 4.
