About this role
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of the announcement: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-VI band level or GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include: Experience providing legal advice on matters related to agency internal operations and administrative law including personnel, labor relations, ethics, procurement, information law (FOIA and Privacy Act), or EEO matters.
AND Experience mentoring or training attorneys on administrative and internal law issues (e.g. procurement, information law, personnel matters or ethics.) OR Experience supervising or training attorneys representing parties before administrative tribunals such as the EEOC, MSPB, FLRA and/or GAO. AND Must be an active member of the bar of a State, U.S. territory, or the District of Columbia. The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service.
