About this role
You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-VII band level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include: Experience directing the strategic planning and execution of complex litigation cases for an organization.
And Advising agency heads or other management officials on high-risk trends and systemic legal vulnerabilities. And Experience in successfully leading teams and/or cross unit initiatives in providing guidance, mentorship, and instruction to less experienced attorneys. AND Must be an active member of the bar of a State, U.S. territory, or the District of Columbia. Current OCC employees must have a performance rating of at least Level 3 overall and for all critical performance elements to be eligible for promotion.
The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
