About this role

To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying. In addition, to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level at GS-14 in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Experience planning, directing, and evaluating enterprise-wide IT operations, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of mission-critical infrastructure supporting organizational objectives.

Led complex IT projects involving network services, telecommunications, data center operations, and enterprise technologies while developing and implementing IT policies, standards, and strategic plans in compliance with Federal requirements, including Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and HHS guidance. Supervised multidisciplinary IT teams, established work priorities, evaluated employee performance, managed workforce planning, and provided technical and administrative leadership to accomplish organizational goals.

Managed multimillion-dollar IT budgets and acquisitions. Provided executive-level recommendations on IT investments and operational strategy. Collaborated with senior leadership and external stakeholders to improve enterprise IT service delivery. SELECTIVE FACTOR This position requires the following certifications: Current Federal Acquisition Certification for Contracting Officer's Representative, Level II (FAC-COR, Level II).

NOTE: Proof of certifications must be submitted with your application package. Require acquirement of COR Level III and FAC-PPM Senior level within a year of hire. You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.
