About this role

Applicants must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level (ZP-III at NIST). Specialized experience is defined as: providing system administration and development for Hybrid Cloud Services. Specifically: Implementing lifecycle management for IT assets provisioned through the system, including creating and scheduling reports. Performing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management to include Incident, Problem, and Change management.

Providing functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation for server systems. Assisting in designing, writing, testing, and debugging PowerShell, Ansible, Python or similar automation languages Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
