Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Developing solutions to technical problems in order to take corrective action; AND 2) Analyzing or evaluating policies involving both long-range and short-range plans on current or planned operations; AND 3) Providing technical support when setting up communication channels.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
