Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) planning joint electromagnetic spectrum operations and frequency allocations, to include performing complex engineering calculations to select and deconflict operating frequencies; 2) managing and executing satellite communications resource allocations, and utilizing specialized database management tools; 3) analyzing complex electromagnetic and radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI) in accordance with Joint Staff directives, to include directing the Joint Spectrum Interference Resolution (JSIR) program; 4) evaluating joint telecommunications policies, standard operating procedures, and communications operational and contingency plans to ensure compliance with national, international, and Department of Defense (DoD) regulatory frameworks.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
