About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Knowledge in the design, implementation and integration of telecommunication services and related equipment and infrastructure. 2.Knowledge in the design, implementation and integration of telecommunication services and related equipment and infrastructure.

3. Knowledge of acquisition management policies and procedures to develop specifications and statements of work, review technical proposals, and monitor contractor performance of the acquisition of telecommunications systems. 4. Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure standards, classified physical security requirements and Information Assurance policies and processes. 5. Ability to understand, evaluate and translate the needs of communications users into requirements.
