Military Grades: Enlisted E5 - E9; Warrant WO1 - CW3 GENERAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience that provided a basic knowledge of telecommunications functions, problems, and/or solutions. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Must meet one of the following options to qualify for this position: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE 1 year of experience equivalent to at least next lower grade level, evaluating, analyzing, developing, managing, or improving communications systems, procedures, and requirements that demonstrated knowledge of current developments and trends in communications concepts and technology.

*MUST address your experiences in detail on resume as they relate to these specialized experiences if using experience to qualify for this position. -OR- EDUCATION Undergraduate and Graduate Education with major study in electrical or electronic engineering, mathematics, physics, public utilities, statistics, computer science, telecommunications management, information systems management, business administration, industrial management, or other fields related to the position to be filled or Other education in communications/electronics or automatic data processing training in technical institutes or business schools above the high school level or in Armed Forces schools that included advanced instruction in addition to basic courses.
