In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirement. GS-12 Specialized Experience: To be eligible at the GS-12 level, you must have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 in Federal Service. Specialized experience is defined as utilizing and operating the Victim Notification System (VNS); assisting with data collection and analysis related to victim notification; and participating in the preparation of reports and correspondence associated with Victim Notification System (VNS) operations.

GS-13 Specialized Experience: To be eligible at the GS-13 level, you must have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 in Federal Service. Specialized experience is defined as providing comprehensive Victim Notification System (VNS) accessibility and usability oversight; responding to victim-witness inquiries and resolving system-related issues; and offering guidance on policies and procedures governing the Victim Notification System (VNS).
