About this role

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently script, shoot, and edit engaging product education videos for the YouTube channel, while developing Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users. Key responsibilities Drive product education strategy and produce video content from concept to final cut Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle Required qualifications On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences Fluency in the creator and content landscape Strong technical knowledge of video production equipment and setups
