VISITOR SERVICES SPECIALIST

About this role

GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing, preparing, and delivering tours for a spectrum of museum visitors that are focused on the museum programs, use exhibits and artifacts, and maintain the interest of an individual or groups with disparate learning styles and challenges in order to present the history and culture of the agency.

GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, coordinating, and conducting public tours and interpretive programs for diverse audiences; providing accurate information about organizational programs, history, and services; and responding to visitor inquiries.
