ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on brand-building role at a growing B2B performance marketing agency in Berlin. You'll own the entire content and brand presence — from founder LinkedIn posts to video reels to sales decks — and have real autonomy to shape how the company shows up across every channel. It matters because great content directly supports pipeline and revenue for a team that lives and breathes B2B growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Write LinkedIn content for founders and the company account — hooks, carousels, and storylines tuned to a B2B audience.

- Produce image and video content end-to-end: concept, shoot, edit, and deliver reels, talking heads, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes clips. - Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints — website copy, pitch decks, sales materials, and templates. - Build and manage a content calendar, keeping publishing cadence consistent week over week. - Track performance metrics, identify winning formats, and scale what resonates.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Currently enrolled student available 16–20 hours per week, ideally for 12+ months. - Comfortable with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent) and design tools (Figma, Canva, or equivalent). - Demonstrated experience creating LinkedIn content — posts, carousels, hooks — with an understanding of what performs on the platform. - Experience writing marketing or brand copy for B2B or SaaS audiences.

- Able to manage a content calendar and execute consistent publishing schedules independently. - Experience analyzing content performance data and using insights to refine strategy. - Experience producing video content from filming through post-production. - Portfolio or examples of published or personal content creation work. - Bonus: experience with photography, lighting, or on-location shoots; background in B2B SaaS or GTM/sales enablement marketing.

LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany (Mitte area). No visa sponsorship available.
