As a Working Student – IT Support & Operations, you will be a key function of our Information Technology and support our IT team with day-to-day operational tasks. With our world-class team, currently [number] team members, you will play a pivotal role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology. ​You will work closely with stakeholders from all departments to make sure the daily IT environment is working as smooth as possible.

What is your Day to Day Mission: Prepare, configure and distribute IT hardware such as laptops, monitors, smartphones and accessories Install and perform basic configuration of operating systems and standard software Support the IT team in handling simple IT support tickets Assist employees with basic hardware and software-related issues Receive, inspect and process returned IT equipment Maintain and update hardware, asset and inventory records Support regular stock checks and IT inventory activities Organise and maintain the IT storage area Prepare hardware for new employees and support onboarding and offboarding activities Document completed tasks and maintain internal IT documentation Provide general administrative and operational support to the IT team
